These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SkiMap mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
“SkiMap”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Stolen Spot S.R.L., incorporated in Bergamo, Italy.
1.1 The App provides general ski resort maps, terrain information, and related tools for convenience and informational purposes only.
1.2 Map data, resort boundaries, trail status, lifts, closures, and conditions may change at any time without notice. Parts of the App may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
1.3 You are solely responsible for your decisions on the mountain. You must follow all official resort maps, signage, ski patrol instructions, and local regulations.
1.4 The App is not a substitute for official resort information, professional guidance, or your own judgment.
2.1 You may use the App only if you are at least 13 years old or meet any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
2.2 If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3.1 Certain features may require you to complete an onboarding flow or provide information such as preferences or skill level.
3.2 Temporary data collected during onboarding is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
3.3 You agree that any information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
